THE MAD HATTER

Welcome, Mad Hatter! You have been chosen for the role of a SERIAL KILLER - a killing role. The Queen of Hearts laments the loss of one of her more interesting residents of Wonderland. She has tasked you with providing entertainment for the few weeks to come. Your goal is to kill as many people over the course of two weeks. For each successful kill, they will receive a personalized incentive.

However, there is someone who will be attempting to stop the slaughter before it happens. Be warned.

A list of rules are as follow:

1. The Mad Hatter will attempt to kill 2 people (at most) per week and evade suspicion.
2. They will only be allowed to use the environment for their kills. No weapons will be provided, so get creative!
3. The Mad Hatter is at risk of being executed. If executed, they will lose all incentives gained.

New top levels will be created in this post for each week the Mad Hatter is alive. The White Rabbit will meet with the Mad Hatter on Tuesday Monday Evenings at 6PM. Please have your selection & murder proposal by Wednesday night. We hope you have fun with your role!

[ it's said with a small smile — which then dissipates entirely. ]

I'm joking. [ that would be more convincing if he wasn't completely deadpan now. ] Croix Meridies and Esther de Groot. Croix is a smart woman; she's destined to become a thorn in my side. It's better to eliminate one of my kin to offset suspicion, and it seems to me like that woman...ah, Ursula? would cry at the sight of her corpse. That could prove to be entertaining, so I'd like to place the body in her room.

Esther...is always thinking — and even worse, always speaking. I want her gone.

T-Then it shall be d-done. T-They will be at your disposal and so long as their blood hits the ground of the Hare's Abode, the roses will bloom in a brilliant red.

[ GULP. ]

It will be y-your command...! You don't need to worry of curfew. When you slumber in Wonderland, your mind wanders. You are no longer easily stirred. Not by the pawns of the Queen.

[throning]

Excellent. [ he sounds pleased — as pleased as mejojo can be with that perpetually cool and airy voice of his. ] They'll be done away with this Thursday. Prepare two gift boxes for me by then.

Very good.. yes. Good. This is good. [ Sounds like he's convincing himself. ] T-The Queen will be arriving shortly for the t-trial. She is in transit right now, but y-you may have private audience if you evade suspicion.

[throning]

[ he just...raises a brow at that first bit...god, this creature is sad. ]

There's nothing I'd like more. I'll have a gift prepared for her by Friday — will I be able to send a letter in advance, or will I simply be kept waiting?

[mcmurderer]

Yes. Th-there is ink and a quill. Take this parchment. [ He scurries off, on his tip toes to pull out an empty ledger from a nearby bookcase. ] I can not promise how she w-w-will react, but I will deliver it immediately before her arrival.

[throning]

[ the ledger is accepted, and mejojo places it atop his lap, legs crossed as though he were a makeshift king in that armchair of his. the quill marches across the paper, and his eyes flit over each and every word as though he's scrutinizing them to perfection.

the ledger is then promptly motioned towards the rabbit. it reads: ]

You've made a wise decision. I will serve as your ally in this game of yours. As the King of Weblin, your wish is my command. This kingdom reminds me a great deal of my own — it's almost as though I haven't left home at all.

There are many things I want from this world. Your company is at the top of my list. There is something about you that compels me; perhaps it's your power, raw and unadulterated? Or is it the burden you carry? I'm not certain, but I'd like to uncover it for myself.

I have a gift in store for you. I expect that you'll enjoy it, as it's a labor of...

Regardless, my Queen, I look forward to your arrival. You're rather cruel, keeping me waiting like this...but I suppose it'll have to do. I have faith that you'll make it worth both my time and longing. I do hope my younger brother isn't causing you any trouble.

[ He shuts the ledger tightly, binding it with a red ribbon to keep it secure. ]
